Profile
Located in a park-like setting, PEAC Health & Fitness is conveniently located along the I-95 corridor in the Ewing, Hopewell and Pennington communities and minutes from Lawrenceville, Princeton, Hamilton and Bucks County.
PEAC is the result of a much needed expansion of the former Pennington Athletic Club “PAC”. With more than 8 years of experience, PEAC will continue to provide top quality professional services, programs and amenities in a first class facility.
PEAC offers state of the art fitness & cardio equipment, three exercise studios, wireless entertainment systems, private training and stretching areas, and a separate weight room for “heavy weight” training. You will find our locker rooms very spacious and full of amenities with private dressing rooms, saunas, steam rooms, massage rooms, tanning and complimentary towel service. The indoor court area is home to Mercer County’s two newest indoor tennis courts, three racquetball courts, two international squash courts, a basketball court, and an indoor track.
Our Group Exercise Program will also continue to grow at PEAC. No matter if you step, pedal, dance, punch or stretch, the professional level of our program will continue to be endorsed by our extraordinary instructors rather than the number of classes per week.
Our greatly expanded KidSpace area features a separate infant crib room, toddler area and computer and homework stations for older children. Enjoy your workout with the comfort of knowing your children are getting the attention they deserve from of our caring staff.
Another added convenience is the addition of Lakeview Child Center’s 8th full-service daycare center and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton full-service rehabilitation center.
Mission Statement
Although our name has changed, our mission remains the same. PAC has built its reputation with the goal to provide professional service and quality programs in a first class facility. With the relocation and expansion to PEAC, we will also expand our mission and continue developing relationships to assist members in reaching their fitness goals. We are not just about selling memberships, our goal is to establish relationships.
Philosophy
Over seven years ago with the opening of PAC, it was our goal to have a fitness facility unlike the typical “gyms”. Our philosophy was to develop an atmosphere that was non-intimidating, friendly and professionally staffed. Our purpose was to assist members with their individual fitness goals no matter what their level of experience and continue to provide on-going support. We achieved our goal through education, motivation and encouragement. Our success has also created a social environment which enhances the interaction between members both in and out of the facility and has enabled us to be referred to as a “Club” rather than a “gym”.
