COMMUNITY GIVING GUIDELINES
PEAC receives many donation requests and to manage this process, the following guidelines have been developed. A typical donation from PEAC is club membership or a service item that may be used as an auction item to raise money or prize/incentive for a fundraising/community event. PEAC does not provide monetary donations or purchase advertisement placements.
Donation requests are typically considered observing the following criteria:
- Must be applicable to our local area or geography in which our members reside
- Beneficiary should be a charitable or non-profit organization
- Should not support a specific political or religious viewpoint
Items that meet these criteria are not guaranteed but must meet the requirements to be considered.
Requests for a donation that meet the above criteria should be submitted in a donation request letter and should include the following information: date of event, beneficiary, contact person and information, and nature of the request.
