Babysitting Class offered at PEAC Health & Fitness

Under the direction of Sharon Gore, 4-H Program Associate, PEAC Health & Fitness is pleased to offer a two-day Babysitting Class on November 10th & 11th from 9am – 12pm, in conjunction with the Cooperative Extension of Mercer County, Rutgers New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station.
Babysitting is often a teenager’s first job, and this class shall have them prepared. This two-part series for boys and girls, ages 11-16, includes lessons on child safety, handling emergencies, basic first-aid and CPR as well as creative playtime. There will be hands-on activities, crafts and role playing. A certificate of participation will be given to all who successfully complete the course. Class size is limited to 25, so call today to reserve your space.
The class is open to all children ages 11 to 16, and pre-registration is required with the payment of $25 per participant.
