Self-Defense for Women offered at PEAC Health & Fitness Empower yourself with a new sense of Awareness & Confidence!

In cooperation with Princeton HealthCare System Community Education & Outreach, PEAC is providing a women’s self defense course in February.
Based on FBI projections, one out of every three women in the United States will be assaulted in her lifetime. This intense course will teach you how to become more aware of potential danger and how to protect yourself in everyday situations. R.A.D. Women™ is a national self-defense course for women, which combines realistic classroom learning with unique physical defense tactics and risk reduction strategies including: awareness, recognition & avoidance, physical defense techniques, and positive visualization techniques. Techniques are simple, practical, and effective—designed for woman of all ages, regardless of physical fitness.
Participants should come dressed in comfortable clothing and sneakers. The four session series will be from 6:00 – 9:00pm on Wednesday evenings at PEAC.
