PEAC Health & Fitness's Member Holiday Brunch: Toys for Tots!

PEAC Health & Fitness celebrated the holiday season with a Member Holiday Brunch on Saturday, December 10th.  PEAC members and guests enjoyed the festivities with special fitness events, displays from local vendors, and a Toys for Tots pick up by the Marines.  All children in attendance were treated to the fun and excitement of a moonbounce, face painting with Elves, balloon art, crafts and a photo with Santa and Mrs. Claus.

Representatives from Battery G 3rd Battalion 14th Marines were on hand to collect an abundance of unwrapped toys donated by PEAC members.  “With great pleasure, our members and staff watched the Marines pack their van full of toys, knowing they were going to needy children in our community,” said Laura Geltch, Marketing Coordinator of PEAC Health and Fitness.  The donations will be distributed to charities in the Mercer and Bucks County areas.

In addition to our generous member and community donations, additional toys were collected during our Member Holiday Brunch special group exercise class: “Yoga in the Spirit of Giving.”  Angela Quinn, Holly Haynes, Jennifer Bailey, Kierceten Kepes, Lucie Reside and Leslie Cortina co-taught this 90-minute yoga class.  Attendees were asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy to class.
