Pilates
Under the Coordination of Michelle Briehler, and suitable for all ages and abilities, Pilates is a method of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The focus in Pilates is on quality of movement rather than quantity, which makes one feel invigorated rather that exhausted after a session. Each session involves stabilizing the core (the abdomen, back, and pelvic girdle region sometimes referred to as the “powerhouse”) of the body. This form of exercise has seen a rapid rise in popularity and PEAC provides classes for the beginner and intermediate enthusiast as well as classes to challenge the more advance member.
Tai Chi
Under the direction of area renowned Suzanna DeRosa, this ancient form of motion improves strength, flexibility and balance through controlled and fluid body movements.
PEAC Spin
Our well-rounded group cycling classes are performed on a stationary bike with music and a motivational instructor. Visualization and other techniques are used to create an exciting and individually challenging atmosphere. Discover your goals and limitations while acquiring a variety of cardiovascular benefits.
PEAC Pump
Utilizing an array of weight equipment in a non-impact routine, this class develops an all body strengthening and toning. With the flexibility of weight adjustments, this class is personalized to all levels of conditioning.
PEAC Performance Training
Under the direction of Josh Tyler PEAC will be providing athletic development and sports performance training for individuals, groups, and teams who desire a more focused training regimen that is specific to their sport. With the luxury of space, the addition of PEAC Performance Training will provide sports specific training to local high school athletic programs, college teams, organizational teams and individuals throughout the Mercer/Bucks region.
