Services & Amenities

Member Services
Provides member’s with their first introduction to PEAC, this well-qualified group of Personal Trainers provides a very important function to our overall success. In welcoming new members to our facility, they assist them in reaching their fitness goals by providing an initial evaluation and orientation to establish their current fitness level, review their strengths and weaknesses and set up a workout program. In addition to providing the IA and O, they answer many questions in regard to our group exercise classes, personal training services, nutrition services and may need to provide information on tennis lessons and classes, massage therapy, how to use a tanning booth, how to reserve racquetball or squash courts, etc., etc. They are instrumental in providing this initial link to all of our services and their goal is to have our Members get off to a great start at PEAC. The key ingredient to the success of Member Services is getting to know the new members and making this initial connection with them.

Computerized Fitness Evaluations
Using our computerized system, a trained Fitness Professional will perform a comprehensive evaluation to identify your present fitness level. This includes performing a health history to determine each individual’s experience in fitness and exercise programs. The next step involves a fitness profile and a wellness profile along with a health survey, which is helpful in creating a personalized exercise program, designed to meet your specific fitness needs and/or goals. This process also allows us an opportunity to further educate members on the principles of exercises and how they affect your body.

Exercise Program Review & Development
Subsequent to the Fitness Evaluation, each new member can schedule a one-hour Orientation session with a Fitness Professional. During this session, you will have the opportunity to review your fitness level to develop an exercise program and familiarize yourself with the equipment. Members will also have the opportunity to schedule a 30-minute follow up appointment with a Fitness Professional once every 30 days to review.
