PEAC is excited to announce that we are now offering an Adaptive Fitness Program for teens and young adults with developmental, learning, and physical limitations.
Many individuals within these communities live sedentary lifestyles. PEAC Heath and Fitness is proud to announce that we have developed a wonderful new program to offer to these teens and young adults. We have incorporated healthy, appropriate, and most of all FUN movement into dynamic group fitness classes.
PEAC Adaptive Fitness classes will be approximately 45 minutes in duration and will focus on increasing physical fitness and fun into an interactive workout.
Wednesday Classes: Dance Movement
Thursday Classes: Yoga Movement
