AB LAB This is one hard-core ab routine that will get your heart pumping. It only requires 15 minutes of your time, plus some sweat and grit—no equipment needed. 
 
BALANCE BARRE This new  15 minute express class is designed to help improve balance. The movements focus on specific exercises to improve strength around the ankle, knee,hip joints and core, while improving your reaction time. Designed to use the barre for stability, this class  is suitable for every fitness level.
 
BARRE BOOTY CAMP XPRESS A 30 minute class designed to increase your cardio strength, improve posture, build confidence, and re-energize, while helping you tone, sculpt, lift and lengthen your muscles from head to toe, with focus on your booty!
 
BARRE, CORE, CLEANSE This class incorporates barre movements and core focused exercises to strengthen and sculpt all target areas of the core and legs. Finally, the class finishes with a dynamic series of core and cleansing poses designed to detox the liver and elongate the back and core.
 
BARRE FUSION This workout is designed to increase your cardiovascular strength, restore posture, self confidence, and energy, while helping you to tone, sculpt, and lengthen your muscles from head to toe using a collection of exercises from classical ballet barre, Pilates, and yoga.
 
BEGINNER TAI CHI This art focuses on the movement of your muscles, breathing, and the consciousness of how your body weight is distributed with no impact. The benefits include relaxation, toned muscles, and improved blood circulation, balance, and flexibility.
 
BEGINNER YOGA This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower paced than an all-levels class, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Your yoga journey starts here.
 
BOOT CAMP/BOOT CAMP XPRESS Built on three fundamentals of training: cardio, strength, and agility—boot-camp workouts require little more than your body weight to get results, but weights are incorporated. Make use of the studio, track, PEACturf, and sometimes even outdoors to crush your workout!
 
BUTTS AND GUTS Train and tighten all regions of the lower body and core with this toning class. Workout will focus on the abs, glutes, legs, and lower back using light weights and body resistance. 
 
CALM & FLOW Connect to your body and breathe in this heavily cued alignment based class. In this class, poses are held longer, the flow is minimal and cues are detailed to help bring awareness to where your body should be placed on the mat. Poses will be held for 5-10 breaths, creating strength and a deeper awareness of your body.
 
CARDIO INTERVAL Try a safe and heart-healthy aerobics class to energize your active lifestyle using low-impact movements that focus specifically on building upper-body and core strength plus cardio endurance.
 
CARDIO KICKBOX  This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. The class combines martial arts including punches, kicks, and knee strike techniques with fast-paced cardio all set to fast-paced music. Build stamina; improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
 
CARDIO STRENGTH This class gets creative using resistance bands, gliders, hand weights, and exercise balls, to assist in raising your motivation and peaking your interest. This class focuses on all major muscle groups but also provides a great amount of cardio. 
 
CARDIO TENNIS* 60 minutes A fast moving, high energy workout with tennis related drills. All levels welcome, racquets can be provided. To reserve a spot, a sign-up sheet will be available 30 minutes before each class.
 
CHAIR YOGA FUSION With a chair for support, this class challenges the body and mind through strengthening, stretching, relaxing and breathing. Flexibility, and muscle tone will continually improve as your mind, body and spirit work together in harmony.
 
CHEST/ SHOULDER XPRESS This workout centers around the chest and shoulders only. Chest moves will include three moves: a bench press completed in the flat, incline and decline positions. Shoulders will incorporate creative safe movement for a great workout.
 
CIRCUIT CITY XRESS This circuit style class offers a workout where you cycle through several exercises targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest in between. The result is a workout that taxes your muscular strength, adds cardio and builds endurance. You will not be bored!
 
CORE & MORE XPRESS This 30 minute express class focuses on strengthening the core and improving balance, with segments of endurance strength work.. Hand-held weights and an exercise ball are used to increase muscle strength, range of movement, and to improve upon activities for daily living.
 
CORE DYNAMICS This core focused class is a fusion of the strengthening movements used in Pilates, yoga and traditional muscle building. This class will focus on developing greater core strength, increased lower spine flexibility and stability, overall midline muscle control and improved balance.
 
DRUMS ALIVE / CHAIR YOGA FUSION/DRUMS ALIVE This 55-minute unique drumming cardio workout is performed using a stability ball, risers, and drum sticks. The rhythmical patterns of the drum increases synchronization of brain wave activity which in turn provides feelings of euphoria and improved mental awareness and self-acceptance. Try this fun, stress relieving calorie burner! All levels are welcome.
 
EXTREME CORE XPRESS This class is the ultimate body sculptor! Expect intense core focused movements mixed with cardio drills to get your heart pumping! ​
 
GENTLE & RESTORE YOGA This class is appropriate for all students seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle, and nourishing practice. Students with injuries, arthritis, or other chronic conditions are encouraged to try.
NEW! ​GONE IN 60 SECONDS –This class is a mixture of endurance strength and cardio circuits that you spend 60 seconds going hard and then switch to the next station. This fun class will provide a full body workout and there is NO WAY to get bored! 
 
HAVE A BALL This one of a kind class focuses on stability. Using a large exercise ball and mat you will improve balance, posture and alignment while building core strength. ​
 
HIIT XPRESS In this high-intensity interval training class, you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.
 
HIPCENTRIC FLOW This 60 minute YOGA class offers everything a yoga class possibly can, with extra focus on hip opening.    ​
NEW! HIP  HOP SPIN  Spin your way back to the 90's with this Hip Hop-inspired one-hour class. Bring a friend and enjoy all the benefits of PEAC! May contain explicit lyrics.
 
INTERMEDIATE TAI CHI This is the perfect class for those who have learned the Sun Style and are looking to deepen their understanding, develop better technique, and experience greater relaxation and awareness of breath. This class style focuses on the Yang 24 form International style.
 
JUMP!* 60 mins/JUMP! XPRESS* 30 mins This class combines high intensity interval training on the rebounders with extreme core exercises to torch calories, burn cellulite, improve balance, AND develop greater core strength. ​​To reserve a spot, tickets will be available 30 minutes before each class.
 
JUST ARMS XPRESS  ​In this class you will have fun toning and tightening up your arms like you never have before!! We know your time is limited so this Xpress class will spend 30 minutes focusing on specific exercises to tone arms, shoulders and upper back.​
NEW! ​​JUST BALLS XPRESS This class can be a challenging way to add variety and fun to your workout using only  exercise balls! This full body workout will include strength, stretching, and core using stability balls, mini balls, and medicine balls!
NEW! ​JUST BANDS XPRESS This class is a total body workout! We will use resistance bands to improve your endurance and help you build strength. The resistance band allows you to fit a huge variety of movements into your workout-- meaning a full body challenge, and none of the boredom that can come with repetitive exercises. Perfect for all levels.
NEW! JUST CORE!  This 30 minute core class combines stability and medicine balls, mat work and stretches to work the total abdominal area. 10am Wednesday Susie on the basketball court and 10:45 am Saturday with Kyle
 
JUST DANCE This dance workout that improves cardio endurance and burns calories. Just  Dance! is all about breaking a sweat and having fun. ​
 
JUST GLUTES XPRESS ​This quick workout will selectively target all structures associated with the posterior chain (glutes, legs, hips, lower back). This class will expose you to a barrage of glute-targeted movements, challenging you far beyond basic squats.
 
LEG DAY Trim, tone, and strengthen your entire lower body with Terry as you use barbells, free weights, resistance bands, and body weight to work the biggest muscles in your body! The class features strength-training circuits on the fitness floor. This class is for all levels of fitness, with both high intensity and low-impact options.
 
NERVOUS SYSTEM YOGA This class is a special practice that marries breath and slow mindful movement to ease the body and mind and help create a more resilient nervous system.
 
PUMP/PUMP XPRESS This strength focused workout is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using a 3 pound bar with interchangeable weight plates with lots of repetition, Pump gives you a total body workout. Pump instructors will coach you through the moves and techniques while pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own. You'll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. ​
 
PILATES/PILATES XPRESS This class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will blend the Classical Pilates  Mat Method with exercise variations and by using props and light weights. Pilates mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your every day movements.
 
PILATES BARRE This class integrates the precision of Pilates with full body movements of dance. Standing barre moves will focus on lower body while  mat pilates and stretches will enhance your training with major focus on the core, balance and flexibility. This class is designed for all fitness levels. ​
 
PiYO/PiYO XPRESS PiYO combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. PiYO delivers a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined. (PiYO express is 30 minute version)
 
POWER YOGA Is a contemporary athletic Vinyasa style that focuses on proper alignment and functional movement. This dynamic class begins with core integration to generate heat and builds up to sun salutations and sequences that will challenge the mind, strengthen the body, and have you feeling energized and agile. Expect centering and spirituality, but be prepared for a challenging twist. NOW 75 MINUTES! ​
 
RESTORE & STRETCH This deep stretch class will improve joint flexibility, balance, and free stagnation in the muscle tissue, lubricate the joints and foster a quiet, meditative state.
 
RESTORATIVE FUSION This therapeutic practice blends restorative, Yin and traditional hatha yoga postures to create the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and deep release of stress and tension. Perfect for athletes and suitable to all levels. Class is 90 minutes in length.  ​
 
RISE, SHINE & STRETCH YOGA In the yogic discipline, the morning is considered as a “divine time” and when an individual’s spiritual energy is at its peak.
 
SPIN 101  30 mins For those who’d like a refresher, this 30 minute class will spend time teaching you about correct bike setup, the indoor cycling lingo, and will include a short sample ride to prepare you for a full SPIN class. 
 
SPIN/SPIN XPRESS* 90 mins first Sunday of the month; 60 mins all other Sundays This fast moving class is performed on a stationary bike to simulate a realistic bike ride using music and an instructor as a motivator. Discover your goals and limitations while acquiring a variety of cardiovascular benefits. To reserve a bike, please pick up a SPIN TICKET at the Service desk up to 30 minutes before each class. Guests are welcome to join spin if there are unreserved bikes available.
 
STRONG BY ZUMBA Strong is a high intensity interval training workout driven by the science of Synced Music Motivation. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased after burn.
 
TABATA TOTAL BODY XPRESS  This class is a 30 minute calorie blaster focused on results. Cardio and strength training are combined into High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) exercises.​
 
TAI CHI-MIXED FORMS This class is an intermediate yang style Tai Chi class focused on mixed forms, to include Straight Sword & Fan. The class is directed toward those looking to build upon their basic knowledge of Yang Form Tai Chi.
 
TBC/TBC XPRESS This class gets creative using resistance bands, gliders, hand weights, and exercise balls, to assist in raising your motivation and peaking your interest. This class focuses on all major muscle groups for Total Body Conditioning!
 
TRX BARRE XPRESS* is a barre class using TRX suspension training system to elevate your barre workout. We combine classic barre movements with the TRX suspension system to have you really enduring the burn and having your body be the machine. Class meets on the 2nd floor and is 30 mins in length. To reserve a spot, tickets will be available 30 minutes before each class.
 
TRX XPRESS* This class is thirty minutes of continuous strength and cardio moves designed to push your physical limits through powerful high intensity moves using the TRX straps. Each session incorporates TRX suspension strength training combined with dynamic body weight exercises to strengthen tone and shred. This class meets upstairs in the PEAC Performance studio. To reserve a spot, tickets will be available 30 minutes before each class.
 
WALK ‘N’ WEIGHTS This class combines strength and cardio. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Weekend classes are 30 minutes. Weekday classes are 45 minutes.
 
WARRIOR CIRCUIT This one of a kind class is designed for a true warrior. With the use of the heavy weight room and the track, this work out is designed to tone, sculpt, and build upper, lower, and abdominal strength, while mixing in some high intensity cardio drills. Test your will and get a great workout. All levels are welcome. ​
 
WEIGHT CIRCUIT XPRESS This 30 minute weight floor circuit is designed to answer all of your questions about our equipment. You can challenge yourself using the weight machines on the floor under the supervision of two trainers.
 
YOGA This class is inclusive of breath awareness, traditional and restorative postures, along with guided mind body connection exercises. Students release tension, enhance range of motion, and improve flexibility.
 
YIN YOGA This special practice of yin yoga is one in which poses are held for about three to five minutes at a time in order to the stretch the connective tissue around the joints and bring the practitioner to a state of mental calmness.
 
YOGA FOR ATHLETES This all-levels yoga class takes you through a series of highly effective strengthening and stretching exercises that are key to the demands of every athlete, and every sport!
 
YOGA DEEP RELEASE This practice focuses on the release of tension along the spine, in the hips, and in the major muscle groups. The practice is confined to the mat-postures are seated, kneeling and reclining with attention to slow and deep breathing, while maintaining poses through several breaths; this is where the release happens.
NEW! ​YOGA FLOW - This class focuses on continual movements, from one pose to another and gives you an added cardiovascular benefit, which more traditional forms of yoga do not have. The routine practice of vinyasa yoga can increase muscle strength, endurance and flexibility, and reduce levels of stress. Sunday 9:30am Thursday 6:30pm – both Nicole.
 
YOGA FOR EVERY BODY YOGA is for every BODY! This class is a blend of deep stretches and simple yoga postures taught at slow pace along with the guidance that will assist in developing a more advanced practice.
 
ZUMBA/ZUMBA GOLD We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Zumba combines all elements of fitness: cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
