NEW Member Training
All new members are eligible to receive 2 sessions with a trainer:
SESSION 1: ASSESSMENT (60 minutes): Discuss your goals and limitations and establish your baseline with your trainer. A custom circuit routine will then be created for you. Your trainer will determine the correct weight and settings on the machines and walk you through the circuit.
SESSION 2: PERSONAL TRAINING (60 minutes): Maximize your workout efficiency and effectiveness by going through a custom workout with a personal trainer. Your trainer will develop this session based on your goals, providing you with the experience of what working with a trainer is like.
Every 10 weeks or more, you are eligible for a Workout Review. A trainer will review your progress, help you set new goals, and create a customized workout designed to maximize your results and keep you motivated!
