This workshop presents principles of mindfulness to support bringing the benefits of meditation in to day to day life. Meditation and sound bowls will be used to give the mind/body/spirit an opportunity to integrate the idea of mindfulness. You will leave feeling inspired, supported, nurtured and relaxed.
