30/30 SPIN & PUMP: This energizing class is the full package! The first 30 minutes are high energy cycling intervals followed by 30 minutes of weight work, targeting all major muscle groups. Please feel welcome to stay for half or all of the class.
HAPPY HOUR SPIN: Looking for a great way to kick off your weekend? Get your cardio buzz going with this 60 minute climb, race, and sprint to the “finish line” spinning class. This class is a party on the bike! IF you are a beginner, don’t worry as you can ride at your own pace and you are always in control of your ride. All levels are welcome!
PEAC SPIN: This fast moving class is performed on a stationary bike to simulate a realistic bike ride using music and an instructor as a motivator. Discover your goals and limitations while acquiring a variety of cardiovascular benefits.
PEAC SPIN 45: A 45-minute PEAC Spin class.
PEAC SPIN 101: For the beginner or just for those who’d like a refresher, this 30 minute class will spend time teaching you about correct bike setup, the indoor cycling lingo, and will include a short sample ride to prepare you for a full PEAC SPIN class.
