Qi-Gong Workshop May 5

Qigong is a an ancient Chinese system of physical exercises and breathing control related to tai chi. It can be described as a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one's mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent. Qi-gong can be amazing if practiced properly. It is about tapping into "universal energy" that many people associate with what we call "spiritual practice".
