Strength training is the foundation of any well-rounded fitness program. It doesn’t matter if you run, bike, swim, do yoga, or any other sport there is out there to participate in, strength training has to be in your fitness routine somewhere. Join Nick for a demonstration and open forum to learn, ask, and try different ways to incorporate strength training into your routine. You will learn correct form and proper function in addition to any other questions you may have about equipment. This is a fundamentals workshop for all levels.
