Adult Programs Beginner This is an introductory program for men and women. The clinic will initially focus on technique, stroke production, and tennis footwork. Thursdays 6:30–7:30pm $25 (non-member $30) Intermediate These classes are designed for players who desire a great tennis workout while being challenged by more intense playing situations. Focus will be on improving grips, spin, control, depth, and doubles strategy. Mondays 9:30–11am $35 (non-member $40) Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm $25 (non-member $30) Advanced Intermediate Tuesdays 6-7:30pm $35 (non-member $40) Advanced (USTA Level 4.0+) Bring it on! These players have consistency, power, spin and depth. We will focus on taking our game to the next level–including strategy, mental toughness and conditioning. Saturdays 8:30–10am $35 (non-member $40) Cardio Tennis (All Levels) This program incorporates fast-paced drills with intervals of cardio stations. A great workout with focus on footwork and on-court tennis drills. FREE! Members only. See class schedule for time and dates. 8 player limit, Register at Service Desk 30mn prior. |
Youth Programs: Beginner A (ages 6-9) This clinic will introduce your child to the fundamental techniques, rules, and movements of tennis. Will include fun drills and matches on the court. Wednesdays 4:30–5:30pm $20 (non-member $25) Beginner B (ages 10-14) The focus for this program is on technique, singles/doubles strategy, scoring and games that incorporate drills to improve your child’s skills. Wednesdays 5:30–6:30pm $20 (non-member $25) Intermediate (ages 10-14) This program is designed for players who are just starting to play USTA level tournaments and who aspire to play at a more competitive level.
